This is one of my favorite smoothies.
As most smoothies can be done in a few minutes with an ease.
Gather veggies and fruit, put into a bowl or a big cup and use a blender to mix them.
What can go wrong? :)
What we need:
- 100 ml apple juice or coconut milk (with a juice it will be sweeter)
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 kiwi
- 1 apple
- handful parsley
How we do it:
- peel and chop cucumber, kiwi and apple
- scoop out the avocado flesh
- put all including parsley into a bowl (if you use a hand blender) or food processor and blend until smooth.
Smoothie is ready :D
